To efficiently take forward VTV’s vision of sustainable growth through geographic and sector diversity with high-end fabricated products, VTV has initiated multiple moves that have already begun to deliver results on the company’s business performance. One of the internal initiatives in this regard was to simplify, standardize and build intelligent flexibility in VTV’s project management processes. This was identified as a key area of development to help realize VTV’s vision of sustainable growth in diversified markets around the world.
E&Y was engaged to support VTV on ‘Project Varaha’ and the upgraded processes have been successfully launched within the Company. While the total implementation roll-out is planned over an 18 month period.
