VTV have successfully completed execution of a benchmark project involving the Design, Supply & Field Fabrication of 9 nos. Process Columns for Indian Oil Corporation’s Naphtha Cracker Unit.

This included Propylene Fractionator 2 - 8.2 M. dia. X 104 M. long and weighing 1425 MT. The handling of a Column of this magnitude, places VTV alongside some of the heaviest Process Equipment fabricators in the world.

The project involved Columns designed to ASME Sec. VIII Div. I & II. VTV’s scope involved the design and field fabrication of various internals, including sloping baffle trays & mixing box with internal distributors.
